Anhydrous Milk Fat
Hiroland Anhydrous milk fat (AMF), also known as butter oil, is a dairy product made from pure milk fat, with virtually all of the moisture content removed. This is achieved by separating the fat from milk and removing any remaining water. The resulting product is a concentrated, creamy, and highly stable fat that contains no water or milk solids.
Anhydrous milk fat (Butteroil) is known for its rich, creamy taste and the absence of any water content, which contributes to its exceptional stability in both high-temperature cooking and long-term storage. It is used in various food products to impart a buttery flavor and a smooth, creamy texture without the water content found in regular butter.
